Delivery, Returns & Warranty Policy

Delivery Information

Handmade Jewelry Production
All our jewelry is handmade to order in our workshop. Standard production time is up to 1 week. For special or particularly complex custom orders, production time may vary depending on the difficulty of the piece. If your order requires additional time, we will contact you directly to confirm the estimated delivery date.

Ready-to-Ship Items
If the item is in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping Times
Once your piece is ready, shipping within Denmark typically takes 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Note:
If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • For standard (non-customized) items, you may return your jewelry within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lasmariejewelry.dk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions.

Warranty

  • According to Danish law, all products come with a 2-year legal warranty (Danish Sale of Goods Act).

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults present at the time of delivery.

  • If a defect appears within the first 12 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise. For faults appearing after 12 months and up to 2 years, the customer must prove the defect was present upon delivery.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

If your custom-made piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund your item as appropriate, at no extra cost.
